who else is having a rough day?

my heart/breathing thing is out of control today. i am going to call my doctor to ask to switch back to a different timing/medication dosage that i was on last week. i know it's the heat more than anything else. i do so terribly on hot days, even if i am in a cold air conditioned room. it's like my body knows. that and I guess the humidity is ever present.

i am just going to do as much as i can for the rest of today and not pressure myself like i usually do. yesterday i cranked out a ton of work anyway!!!!!

i am counting my blessings and i am glad i was not in the city this AM. DH had the weirdest commute ever! he eventually got a bus going downtown but not until he had walked from Penn over to 2nd avenue (I might have just sat my *** down in the LIRR terminal for a few hours on a day like this).

Feel better! I can't get over how hot and humid it is today. All that rain did nothing to break the humidity! I'm in a/c and I still feel like I am overheating. It's just a gross feeling all around.

i hear you! i can barely function today - its awful, cant wait to go home yet dread the commute

I'm just having a rough day because I hate my job and I just want to cry right now!
Also, my pelvic pain is acting up (my pelvic separation problem).

Feel better and try to stay cool. I havent left the office since 8 AM so I have no idea how bad it is out. It is nice and cool in here now but I have been hearing all day how bad it is out there.

Sorry you're not feeling well! My commute was ok, but the humidity gets to me big time...my feet are killing me and I feel like I could pass out for a few hours at my desk...its dead in my office as well.

me! I had to walk 20 blocks to my office and I think I;ll have to do the same going home.

every day is sort of rough when you can't leave your home but i feel for all of you who need to get on the subway and the bus in the heat!

Oh, my day was just peachy. Though nothing is wrong with or myself thankfully.

I really hope you are feeling better--did you reach your doctor? When I read that, I thought maybe I shouldn't complain about my nasty, sweaty commute--at least I'm well.
