?? About State buying home-??
A friend of mine said that her neighbors are moving and they told her that they sold the house to the state. They said this eliminated the real estate. They also said no one will be moving in.
What does this actually mean? Will anyone be taking care of the house while no one is in it? She is worried about the grass growing really high.

I would hope not-lol!! They orginally had it on the market and then all of a sudden they sold it to the state? I don't get it. They did buy another home so I don't understand.

Maybe he works for the state. I have friends that if they get relocated out of state or out of the country the gov't will buy thier house for the fair market value if they can't sell it. Maybe this is the case here.

No, he doesn't and they moved only 5 minutes away from my friend.
