I am so ticked at STS right now.
Ok, so about 2 wks ago we take our truck there to have an oil change about 5 days later we are driving and we lose our power steering, so I take it in to the jeep dealership (because of the warranty) and they actually write down that it looked as if "someone" loosened something so all of the power steering fluid leaked out and the car only has 15000 miles on it so its now wear.
Then we had our Elantras brakes done there about 3-4wks ago, and we then take it to have the inspection done at Firestone and they tell us that both rear cylinders are leaking, also they questioned if someone "fiddled" with them because the car is an '05 with 45000 miles on it and this is unheard of for this to happen to both cylinders at the same time.
What would you do? My mom wants me to call the mgr, but if they are doing something of course he's going to deny it. I never had problems with this place before and of course I really cant prove anything.

Which location did you go to? My Dh is a manager for STS, I just spoke with him and he said it is very common for a hyundai with that many miles to have leaking cyclinders.
