So Tired...
Honestly, its almost unbearable...i cannot keep me eyes open at work...
How does eveyrone do it...

Just think it should get better within a matter of a couple of weeks... I also was very tired in the beginning then once 12 wks hit I didnt feel it anymore... It does go away if it makes you feel better

It does go away. I would say the three pm need to nap feeling was really intense for me. Some days I just put my head down on my desk and took a 5 minute nap. (Of course this was after I told my boss I am pregnant).
