Teach me how to do Kegels!!!!!
So I know that you are supposed to stop the flow of your urine...I have no problem doing this while Im actually peeing, but for some reason cant figure out how to clench that area when Im not peeing(even if I try really hard to imaine myself peeing). Does anyone have another way of explaining this? Weird question I know!! Thanks!
