More on Mucus Plug

When does this typically happen? I have been having some goop (sometimes yellowish or even slightly greenish...mostly clear though) come out every now and then. It's not consistent though. I am 33 weeks.


Seriously...the names for some of these things that happen during pregnancy has got to go....

mucus plug
vaginal lips
etc.

They are bad words, I know.

I'd call the dr to check. Sometimes you could have a yeast infection. I don't know about the mucus plug, but I thought it might have some blood with it.

You could be losing your MP little by little and this could be what you are seeing..while its not any cause for alarm I would bring it up to your doctor at your next appointment....

I never lose my MP all at once but more a little bit over time...

I am 33 weeks + with this pregnancy and have begun to lose my MP..

Im 38 weeks and havent lost anything as far as i know.

Not sure if it is mucous plug or not - I assumed it was (I had this with my 1st pregnancy as well and it started around 34 weeks) - but I have been having similar for at least 2-3 weeks now. tmi - the yellow/greenish seems more in the morning and the clearer in the day - do you see that? I have to ask on Thursday as well.

you can be losing it i would call your dr. sometimes it happens and then a few weeks goes by and you give birth. Call the dr to ma ke sure its not an infection though
