Post Pregnancy Belly!!!
How do I get rid of my post pregnancy jelly belly skin??? Sit ups just aren't cutting it!!!

I think it takes awhile for the skin to go back to how it was. Even then, from what I heard, you may still have a little extra. I have it too...I think 99% of preggo's do. Don't worry, just keep doing sit-ups. It will help.

You need to exercise - cardio and weights. Watch your carbs and sugars. Make sure to change your workout every so often.
So far I'm down 13 pounds (I still have a loooooooooooooong way to go) but the pouch isn't as big

Sit ups won't do a thing for the skin - they'll only tighten your ab muscles (which is of course a good thing!)
A healthy diet + weight training + cardio + time are the only things that will work.
