Rubber/Silicone...

This is NOT a recipe so please leave it here.
Does anyone have the silicone baking pans?
I want to bake a cake today (for my baby brothers birthday) and I have never used these yet. Do you put them right on the rack? You dont have to grease right? Do you keep them in the oven the same amount of time?

I have them and love them! Put it right on the rack, same amount of time...Watch out because it is really floppy when the raw batter is in it. I forget if I grease them...I think I do.
