What is so bad about Brookhaven hospital? I work (but don't live) in the Patchogue area. My mom's a nurse and told me never to go to Brookhaven. But why is it so terrible?

What is so bad about Brookhaven hospital? I work (but don't live) in the Patchogue area. My mom's a nurse and told me never to go to Brookhaven. But why is it so terrible?
I was in Brookhaven for 2 days, in the ER. I had to use my bedpan 4, yes 4 times as it was the middle of the night and the nurses were all standing around having a ball telling jokes. Not ONE of them came in and checked on me. At about 5am, a nice nurse finally came in and helped me out.

Please don't go to Brookhaven. I would go to Southside or Good Sam.
