and why were 6 sets of keys missing- I find that odd- and I would be worried
I would also need my house locks changed- who should pay for that?
(these people have your address (if you car is registered to your house- which mine isn't) and now your keys- that is scary
on the rare occasion that I have my car vallet parked, I have a vallet key chain. all they get is the key to the car. same thing when I bring my car to the mechanic for an oil change. NO WAY am I giving my house keys to ANYONE

thank you for reminding me I have a valet key- it slips out of the key fob thing- I always forget this!

The valet should have some kind of insurance, so I would probably say go through them first.

I think ultimately it is the HALLS responsibility to make sure that this woman (or whoever else) is properly reimbursed...how they work it out with the valet company is their business.
