Got back from the doctor and it's confirmed.....
I am carrying an elephant. 
I was told the only way I'd have a 6 pound baby is if I go into labor today. 
I am not leaking and the bad pain I have is actually from water retention in my belly. Who knew that was possible?!?!?!
In the next month or so they will decide on whether to schedule a c-section. They said there is no way the baby will fit through my birth canal.

Yes, about 6 pounds.
Just so you know, we are not surprised. I was runt in my family at 8 pounds 10 ounces and DH has big babies on his side too. No shock to us!

I am nervous since I have a sono in 2 weeks...it makes me think that the baby is HUGE! AHHH!!!

I'm carrying a large baby too!!
at my 37 week sono they estimated weight was 7.5 pounds! They gain 1/2 lb a week at the end so that would put her at 9 lbs by my due date!!

I was told that my DD was over 9lbs. at my 41 week sono, but when I finally delivered her (at 41.5 weeks) she was only 8lbs. 13 oz. so those weight estimates definitely have a slight margin of error.

Below my belly button, near my hairline I am extremely tender. Been that way for about a week or two. It KILLS when anything touches it, including underwear and clothes. It's a bit lumpy too. I can feel some baby parts in there. Weird, I know.

It is not an elephant. That long thing is the penis. 
If you need a C-section, I believe that the easiest way to go through it is of you do know ahead of time and can come to terms with it before the birth (not that any other way is so terrible). Just ignore any comments or negative sounding questions (this advice from someone who made the mistake of telling too many people that a C-section is definitely in my future).

OMG Kelly!!!!!! Sounds like you'll be giving birth to a baby ready to walk and talk, like me (I was 10 pounds, 11 ounzes).

That is one big baby for sure!!!! Your baby is bigger at 33 weeks than mine was at birth! Definitely go with the c-section...even if that mammoth would fit, think of all the pain associated with it (a tiny baby is hard enough to get out)!

My first son was 7/12 and 20 inches at was three weeks early. The midwife told me afterwards that she didn't want to scare me but if I went to full term he would have been at least 9 pounds. Holy Baby!! Good luck. Congrats on the healthy baby.

OMG- your baby weighs more now than my baby did at birth!!!!! & even now, almost 2 weeks later!!!
As far as the water goes, w/ a c/section, be prepared for the water to drop into your legs. I wasn't swollen my entire pregnancy, until PP. I was so HUGE, I was calling my feet "club feet". No one ever mentioned that and I couldn't figure out why my legs/feet were so swollen until the nurses told me.

Don't worry about me ladies. Yes, I'm in pain, but it's really not bad. I think I've been truly blessed in this pregnancy as I haven't had many symptoms. Now I know why I didn't have morning sickness because the baby wanted to keep all the food!
