I have a question regarind the approval letter-we received something from our Mortgage Broker that is in an E-format. It does state a lot of information about our loan.
Has anyone received something like this as an approval letter? OR is it directly from the bank??
Help! DH and I are at our end of the rope iwth our Mortgage Broker-it's been a long week.. any advice would be so helpfiul!
TIA!!

Re: Approval letter
im not sure i understand what your question actually is...the approval letter should state your name, the date (because they're only good for 3 months then you need a new one), and how much you are approved for. they might also state your rate, dp amount, etc.
