Is this normal...updated
For the last couple of days I have been feeling off - some stomach pains - kind of like period cramps or like I need to go to the bathroom (sorry).
I had a tiny bit of brown spotting yesterday and today just feel like crap - nausea, cold one minute, hot the next, tired, etc. I have been feeling GREAT up until this point so...
It sucks and I don't know if what I am feeling is normal or not - I am almost 8 weeks.

I think it could be totally normal. spotting can be no big deal and naseau, etc., could be hormones. It never hurts to mention spotting, esp., to doc.
When do you see your doc?

sounds normal to me! I had lots of spotting, for weeks, and all is fine, but tell your Dr.

I am about 5 weeks along and I feel crampy too. I keep feeling like I am going to get AF. I was a little nervous, but I heard it was normal. Thank God for this site, though, it is good to hear from other people feeling the same way so I don't feel like a paranoid nut!

I had spotting in the beginning too, and all is ok. Like others said, I would still mention it to your doctor.

I called the office - they told me to come in if the cramping continued or if the spotting returned, especially if it is red.
Now I'm a bit nervous. My u/s is Wednesday - I wish it were sooner.

I definately had cramping at that time. I didnt have any spotting, but I heard that as long as it isnt red blood it is probably OK.

Thanks for your responses - I feel so crampy but I can't tell if it is gas related.
I wiped and had some more brown discharge, but I wouldn't call it spotting.

We have the same due date!! I have gas-like symptoms today as well. Mine is probably because I ate like crap today!! I think the cramps are nothing to freak about. As far as the brown discharge, I don't think it is anything to worry about - if you are worrying, call your doctor. I had spotting last weekend and was freaking out, but knock on wood, it went away. I did mention it to the doctor and he said he could have been implantation.
