OMG ouch Help!
I've been feeling the baby recently which is nice but for the past two days and RIGHT NOW I'm feeling these pains that are righ by my belly button and it hurts. It can't be the baby. It happened once before when I got up from the couch to fast. It's not a great feeling at all kinda sharp. Ouch!
Does anyone know what this is? I'm 21 weeks 3 days if this helps.

It could be Braxton Hicks contractions...but those usually don't hurt. Does your tummy get all tight?

I get some weird pains when I get up from the couch - some strong enough to knock me right back down. I usually sit and relax for a few minutes and the pain goes away.
I figure it's a ligament pull or something shifting
