At 19 weeks I had some printed from my Level II (they switched the machine over to 3D for a few minutes) - I have to tell you...they are very scary pics! The baby looks like an alien and I spent the next 7 weeks (until my real 3D u/s) worrying that something was wrong with her....
The babies don't have enough fat on them until about 25 weeks...before that they look WEIRD.

I think the same things about the pics I've seen but I didn't want to say anything. If I decide to get the 3d sono, I think I would wait until after 30 weeks so the baby looks more "normal"
