That wasn't so bad!
I just came back from the Board of Assessment hearing to appeal our real estate taxes, and I have to say, I had nothing to be nervous about - it lasted all of 10 minutes, I submitted my paperwork, they reviewed it, thanked me, and told me they will be sending a decision in the mail in 5-6 weeks.
If all goes well, I'm thinking of starting this as a business on the side
