Has anyone been in an accident and put in a claim against the person who hit you? I've been trying to reach the guy that hit me about 3 weeks ago and he doesn't return my calls, so I put the claim in. I hope they have an easier time getting a hold of him.

I have an appt on Sat to get it inspected by allstate. My collision guy already gave me an estimate...$1700!

I don't want to end up on the people's court suing this guy!
