Doctor help
I am so upset I was all set to make an appt. with Dr. Rosenfeld and I read on their website that they don't take Empire Government Insurance.
Does anyone have any experience with these doctors?

Sorry it's so long, but I did some research and decided I was going to try Dr. Rosenfeld then to find out he's not in my plan. I guess i should of checked insurance first.

Brenner, Droesch and Kenigsberg are all part of LI-IVF, where I go now. I like this office a lot. Good hours and nice girls in the office.
I went to Dr. Lydic and Dr. Bronson previously. Great doctors, bad office hours and snotty receptionist.

I also went to Lydic and Bronson. Office housrs were okay for me, but that is because I worked very nearby. I prefer Bronson of the two, but both are good.

I just wanted to add, that the office I go to now (LI-IVF - Kenigsberg, Droesch and Brenner) are participating with Empire as a "center of excellence" which means you don't pay copays. And believe me, those copays add up! I don't know about you, but my copay is now $18...so when I was going to Lydic, he did a sono and an office visit, it would cost me $36 every time! Sometimes I'd go 2-3 times/week!! And then have to pay $18 to get blood taken on top of that!

Interesting. I was charged a copay every single time I went. I think I'm going to look into getting a refund!

I currently go to RS of NY were Dr. San Roman, Cain, Stelling , Sekatos and Sung are. My Dr. is San Roman, but I don't always see him. They have rotating schedules so you never really know what doctor you are going to see on what day.
I got to the Mineola office and have no complaints. I am currently doing an IVF cycle with them.

I am also going to LI-IVF and seeing Kenigsberg. I have dealt with him almost all the time (not for sonos and blood, but transfers, retrievals, water sono, etc.). I really like him, although I've heard some complain about his bedside manner.
Dr. Brenner did my last transfer and he is a sweetheart.

I do too. They take the insurance, but you have to pay your deductable. I pay $300/yr and then nothing else. I even did IVF and going to do FET, and haven't paid anything else.

Dr. Essig was my OB/GYN many years ago. He had a regular OB/GYN practice and he also treated infertility patients. I do not know if he still operates that way. I really liked him but I was only using him for routine exams to monitor fibroids before I had surgery. I remember that he was the IF doctor for a well known baseball player and the player's wife, and they got pregnant with him.
LI/IVF is who I always recommend, though. I consulted briefly with Dr. Kenigsberg. Also, Dr. Kathleen Droesh is the wife of my OB, Dr. James Droesch and I sing his praise non-stop.
