Can anyone relate to this situation?
I have a history of irregular cycles. They range from 30 days to 60 days. I was lucky to have conceived my daughter quickly, as I had a shorter cycle then. I know that I ovulate through charting. I also have lots of symptoms of PCOS, though recent bloodwork came back normal. My obgyn has not been responsive at all, so I'm in the process of changing doctors. Before going to a new obgyn in July, I have an appt with a fetility specialist to discuss my irregular cycles and look into the PCOS possibility.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has gone though this and what the outcome was. I'm only 3 cycles into TTC #2, but my cycles are beginning to lengthen again, as its now CD 24 with no ovulation yet. I'm growing more and more concerned.
Can anyone relate?

Re: Can anyone relate to this situation?
One thing I learned, if you think something is wrong, then find a doctor who will help you find the root of the problem. I was on CD 40 and went to my dr. who told me it was normal to miss a period and blew me off. A month later I still had no AF and decided to see a new dr. Right away she suspected PCOS and after a sonogram and bloodwork her diagnosis was confirmed. So now I am two months behind because my old doctor dismissed my concerns.

That's exactly why I'm jumping right into this. If something is wrong, I don't wanted to feel as though I wasted time.
I'm sorry you're going through that.

Re: Can anyone relate to this situation?
I took have been irregular since I was young. I never really did anything about it until 3 years ago. My cycles can range from 29days to 90 days.
Now that I'm seeing an RE and i'm on Metformin it seems to have regulated my cycles.
I hope once you see your doctor they will help you regulate your cycles.
