I have a question
For 2 day's now I've seen 2 people use umbrella's during the day when the sun is out??? My question is why do they do that? I know when it rain's you dont want to get wet, but when the sun is out!!i never seen that till today...Seriously!

I see a lot of Asian people do it (this is not a discrimintory remark, just an observation, no potential flaming). It may look silly but it saves your skin.
