I don't have a microwave but I let it sit out for a little bit before I eat it. And I stir it up vigorously so it's like eating a shake out of a bowl.

I have never met anyone who doesn't have a microwave! WOW!
I put mine in the microwave sometimes, I love soft/melted ice cream
