I think it's a bank forclosure. There's one on Riverside that I pass that has a bank forclosure sign up for a while now.

Or it's a typo or they are super desparate to get out.

Looks like a flip to me.

Everything is so new and clean looking, doesn't look like anyone is living in it and if it was a foreclosure it would be empty.

I was going to take the kids for a walk in a bit so I'll head that way and check it out.

LOL We went to look at this one...I wondered the same thing. The yard is about 4 steps back, EXTREMELY small. The area is amazing over there that's why we went to look. It is at the very end of riverside across from the water canal. Also there is no upstairs all one floor. Inside is decent but it is small and totally not worth it, small piece of property. Chat Icon

edited I think there is all one floor..I know it stated good wheelchair access

I went by yesterday on our walk. It's small, and on a VERY small plot, so it's right next to the neighbor's houses. It's not on the water, there is a canal on the other side of the street.

Definately needs a new roof, it's 2 different colors right now, looks like they patched the worst of it and left the rest. From what I could see, the little backyard is completely overgrown and the wooden fence looks old and falling apart. The neighbors were out so I didn't go up to look in the windows.

The chimney needs work and like I said the roof needs to be redone, but it's across the street from a pretty deep canal with a bunch of boats. The canal extends past the end of this cul-de-sac to some of the cross streets on bayview and riverside north of the elementary school.
