our condo is on the market
Its not a great school district, but its a really great starter home we have been incredibly happy here. There are a few things not listed, we have granite counter tops in the kitchen, ceramic tile in the kitchen, the bathrooms are done in onyx and marble, stainless appliances in the kitchen all under warranty still. We gutted it in May and just finished it in early September 2006

you did alot of work, it looks great! are you buying a house nearby? I live in Ridge, all the way east on the wading river border.

Looks great, but MLS and your realtor list it at different prices.

thanks, we did do A LOT of work, we gutted it down to a shell and rebuilt it completely....it took 5 months. Yeah our realtor didnt change the price we already reduced it...we are building a house in NC
