bad idea to go running right now?
I really need to go for a nice run but it's a little warm out. Think I'll be ok or should I wait til later in the day? I'm all set to go now. I think I'll suck it up and go in a few minutes.

DH just did and I'm like "you're crazy!" I couldn't sit out on the deck for 10 minutes...

so i went. its not that hot out, but it's really hot to go running. i am dripping!!! I did about 4 miles and it was soooooooooo slow. oh well! i survived and now it's done for the day

Its fine for walking. Its very warm but not hot. I guess running may be okay.
