I would have to say white water rafting for me.

a 2 week road trip through the 4 corner states.
We went:
White water rafting
Ballooning
Hiked the Grand Canyon
Hit Vegas on the way to CA
Went down to Mexico
and headed back to Arizona.
Best trip ever!

crashed the men's room at Radio City because I just couldn't wait on the women's line anymore

Sailing around the carribbean for 3 weeks, and the archaeological digs I went on - some of them were fairly extreme (and really cool)

The sling shot ride at a fair in Calverton, not only was it adventurous but it was pretty stupid riding it at one of those fly by night carnivals.
