what's a girl to do when an ex...
... she's still physically attracted to wants to "get together"?
i know WHAT to tell her, but i don't know HOW to tell her.
she's a newlywed, by the way.
the fact that she asked me what to do, makes me think that she's looking for help to get out of the situation. but how do i tell her to "let him down".

Point out that meeting this guy is emotionally risky for her AND her marriage. I guarantee you, if she "gets together" with him, even if nothing happens, she'll be thinking about him....a LOT. Point out her great marriage (assuming that it is) and ask her if she's willing to risk damaging it.
