I hope I didn't blow it
Hello,
I am 2dp3dt and although my dr. told me that no bed rest was needed and that I can resume normal activity, I am concerned. The day of the transfer, I was in a lot of pain, partly because I was constipated from the anesthesea, so I was straining to go. Then, yesterday, I went to pick my 3 year old dd up and she threw a fit that she didn't want to leave (very unlike her) and I had to pick her up kicking and screaming to bring her across the street.
I'm just scared that I messed up my chances with all the strain. Am I just driving myself nuts?

You are....according to my Dr. once the embies are in, they aren't going to "fall out"...if they are good they will implant and if not they won't.
Think about the fact that most people are going about their normal activities...then "discover" they are PG.

Re: I hope I didn't blow it
Gerty is right...the embies can't fall out once they're in. There is nothing you can do that can cause them to fall out or not stick. I think the bedrest thing is more of a relaxing for you because you just had two invasive procedures done pretty much back to back. I wouldn't worry

Totally agree.
Now stick, embies, stick!

Re: I hope I didn't blow it
Thanks ladies for the words of encouragement. I'm just going to try to avoid situations where I would have to lift her up like that (maybe more just for my piece of mind).
