The woman who said she would call.....UPDATE, it just gets better and better UPDATED AGAIN!
The one that I hunted down after DH forgot to tell me she called.....
She said she would call me on Wednesday. It's FRIDAY and she hasn't called..
What now?
I already called her 3 times and 1 email.....
UPDATE
In a last ditch effort, after I sent an email last week saying I hope I didn't miss her call  , I sent my resume again, with a cover letter, as I would apply for any other job.
Wednesday I receive a reply to my email from last week, stating that she was away (as I had suspected due to school being out), and would be in touch in a few days.
We'll see what drama unfolds.......
So it is now Thursday, a full week and 1 day from the time this woman said she would call me "in a few days". It has become hysterical to the point that I feel like sending an email to the department head or CEO telling them what a gem this woman is and they should be so happy to have her working for them.

Oh that su x! I've been there. OK, I have to say at this point I think you should let it go for a while. Ive had that and after a week i contacted them again and I also take it as a sign of their professionalism, or lack of rather, do you want to work for/with someone who says they'll call you and you don't hear from them in a week?

wow, this woman is a real winner. I'm sorry - was this something you really wanted? Otherwise, I'd say call it a day and move on to the next opportunity.

I never even got an interview so I have no idea if I would have wanted it!
It just amazes me how unprofessional some people really are, especially in HR.

I had one recruiter who called me back and forth for FIVE weeks, said she'd call in a few days to set up an interview, she never called.
Its as it they dont realize that they need to impress me just as much as I need to impress them (I'm in a field where there my background is in high demand).
