About Ava - "Jane Doe" - I know she is the same actress that was the pregnant sister in Family Stone. But last night her teeth looked so weird - did anyone else think it looked like she had fake teeth in? 
Her teeth were supposed to have been crushed in the accident, so thats why it looks weird...I can't wait till they give her new teeth!
I wondered about her teeth too

If her face was damaged in the wreck that severely, they will most certainly have to wait until her face heals. Odds are she may have had jaw damage. You cant put caps or implants when bone is still healing.
So when do we think Alex will fall in love with her?

Within the next 3 episodes. Having her "family" show up and then leave made her even more vulnerable. The only thing that could complicate matters is if the husband shows up. However, I think Ava's husband died in the wreck since he has not yet come looking for his pregnant wife

while derek is DEFINITELY being a jerk and merideth DEFINITELY needs a new 'do... i knew something like this would happen... they can't just have merideth and mcdreamy all hunky dory this soon - they had to bring in some form of drama to screw things up, yet again. so now derek will start pulling away from her because he thinks their relationship is jeopardizing him getting chief... drama. at least that's what i think is going to happen.
i didn't realize ava's character was played by the actress from the family stone! love that movie! i know her teeth are supposed to be crushed from the pole falling on her face, but they gross me out so i hope she gets new ones soon 
izzy and george and callie... oh what a tangled web. i WANT to feel bad for callie, but i can't help that i don't... i LOVE izzy and i want george and izzy together. i know she cries all the time, but i'm still drawn to her. can't help it. and yeah, christina just cracks me up, always

I loved the look on Sloane's face when the chief made a comment about helping him get laid - that it will help Sloane become chief. Classic.
