my neighbors
the family we share the house w/ has 2 young daughters. they fight, cry and scream all the time.
they are so freakin' loud from the moment they get up, when they get home from school and at night! OMG! 
vent over!

I know the feeling. I live on the bottom floor and the girl upstairs (mind you she is 16 years old) whines from the moment she gets home, plays her radio at the highest level, and fights with her older brothers all the time. I swear sometimes I think that only words that child knows is cuss words.

Ohhh man, sorry bout that. 
We're pretty lucky with the people upstairs, although we do have disagreements from time to time.
I think neighbors are meant to force you to be diligent in becoming a homeowner.
