PICASA - need help :(

I downloaded the application but now I can't seem to get it to sign onto "webpage" - everytime I put my username and password it doesn't work.

Any helpful hints as to what I might be doing wrong? I want to upload to make some shareable albums. thank u.!

Do you have a gmail account? I think in order to do the web album, you may need a gmail account.

DH has been tweaking out computer, so I am without picasa right now. On the tool bar, if you go to options or tools, is there anything about web albums? What browser are you using? Are you in internet explorer? Sometimes a particular browser makes it buggy.

Okay, I tried everything and this is the problem (which I can't correct).

I have FireFox and Internet Explorer.
Picasa loads on Firefox but not IE.
I deleted my cache, allowed the program on ZoneAlarm, uninstalled/reinstalled Picasa, emailed the support team (will take forever to get back) followed all steps on the support board and I still can't get it to work.

Am I the only one who can't use Picasa - in the sense that I can't use WEBALBUMS to share my pictures? This is so frustrating - pleae help!!!

Eta: Do I need to disable Firefox somehow?

have you tried Picasa groups? groups

I know that some browsers just don't support everything. For instance, if I want to order pictures through picasa, I have to order them through internet explorer, not opera or mozilla. Keep me updated b/c it's a tweaky thing. Good luck!

i've spent so many hours now trying to work this out - not getting anywhere - but thanks for responding! I tried using IE to order /upload pics but it gives me an IE error message so I can't even do that. Wish I was better at computers!
