A little nervous...UPDATED!
I've been having this aching back pain across my lower back on and off all day and have thought nothing of it. My assistant asked me why I was holding my back and I told her. She has 2 kids herself so she knows a little something about it. She told me to call my doctor because I have to be careful (I'm at the end of my 7th month). I called my doctor's office and spoke with my MIL (who happens to work there as a nurse). Usually she's very upbeat and tells me not to worry and I think that is what I was expecting. Instead she got quiet and asked me specifically what it feels like (almost like period cramps - a dull ache?). She said she was going to get the doctor and would call me back. Now I have to go in and be put on the monitor. I called DH at work and am waiting for him to pick me up at my job. I'm sorry I'm rambling but I'm so nervous now!  Please send me some good thoughts. 
UPDATE:
So I went to the doctor and everything is okay. The baby looks great and was moving around. She thinks he may be resting on a nerve and that is what is causing the ache in my back. She wants me to take it easy over the next few days but call right away if it gets worse. I feel so relieved! Thanks as always for your support ladies!
