Re: What's for dinner??
Sounds good...but right now I have an aversion to chicken! I used to eat it all the time, and now, I can't even look at it--strange!

Re: What's for dinner??
I'm having roasted veggies with marinated baked tofu and brown rice. Pretty much staple in my house.

Re: What's for dinner??
No clue. I am really, really exhausted today, so I have a feeling I'm going to get home, fall asleep in bed, and wake up at 8 or 9pm and not eat dinner. Bad, I know

Sure!!! The key is in buying the right tofu. At whole foods they have a brand that I believe is called tofu steak. It is super firm and much easier to work with then regular extra firm tofu.

Re: What's for dinner??
We're going to our neighbors for dinner...I think she is making london broil on the bbq, twice stuffed potatoes (i'll be all over those), salad, and I don't know what else. Speaking of food, I'm hungry now!
