Dizzy spell
I think I read somewhere that this is normal...but all of a sudden when I was backing up my car into the spot at work I got a really bad dizzy spell, I had to stop and just sit there for a few seconds for it to go away. I feel fine now and it only lasted like 15 seconds but it freaked me out. I had no other feelings (no heart racing or sweating, etc). Anyone else have this?

I get dizzy spells very frequently and woke up out of a good sleep last night with terrible palpitations. It's just par for the course. Feel better

It happens, just make sure that you are eating a good balance of starches & protiens. If it happens again call your Dr & let them know.
