So I have a know-it-all in my life that I see a lot. This morning I get a lecture about what I can & cannot eat while PG b/c I had some turkey cooked into my omlette (and apparently this will kill me). Funny thing is I am:
-Neurotic about food before PG & probably one of the better eaters that I know
-Have discussed dietary needs/restrictions at length with my OB & my nutritionist
-Am constantly researching the ingredients for things to make sure that nothing sneaks past me.
So I tell this to my know-it-all, who then tells me, "you don't have to listen to me, but when you poison your baby you'll be sorry."
So congrats, know-it-all, you are my "Kick 'em in the Shins" honoree for the day!

oh I know...hence why I asked them to grill the turkey first then put it into the omlette. Hey I'm not just a pretty face

Well, I wasnt the best eater before, during or after my pregnancy and my baby came out just fine!
Give me your know-it-all's number and I will tell them what I ate during my pregnancy and they will surely go out of their mind

I had turkey this morning. I just put it in the frying pan and cooked it a little. But i had tuna last week (which they say we cant have) and a couple of other things i cant have either last week. Oh well my baby is kicking like crazy in there and is just fine.
