I'm so proud of myself...
I went to the gym tonight! I only walked a mile on the treadmill...but it felt great! I am so glad to have some energy back

I walk the mall at lunch time most days...keeps me from falling asleep at 8:30! Good thing b/c DH was getting annoyed all over again.
