I haven't tried it but it is on my shopping list to buy. My gastro highly recommended it, said her patients rave about it. Good luck!

I don't know about it helping the constipation b/c I never had a problem with that, but I love Activia yogurt

Did you find it took some time to work? This is only Day 2 of it for me and so far nothing (that's in addition to the colace, the prescription laxative, prune juice, fiber, coffee...). My entire diet has become a science project to get my intestine moving
