Bathing suits
Anyone see any maternity bath suits in the stores besides Target and Matherhood/Destination Maternity? I want to be able to try them on - so not online.
Motherhoods fit poorly - I was disappointed because they looked cute enough online. A couple in target fit but not perfectly - I am afraid come the summer they will be way too short since I am on the taller side and wear a size small (I find very often smalls are made for shorter girls). I need them for vacation in 2 weeks but was hoping they would last into the summer.

Re: Bathing suits
Hmm I found the destination maternity tankini ones okay. I would try pea pod in Roosevelt field, Old Navy and Gap. Call them first to save yourself a trip - but I would think one of those three would have them as they should be getting summer/spring stuff in.

Thanks - yeah - that is where I hit this weekend - source mall - they didn't fit me right at all for some reason.
Oh and I have been to Pea in the Pod, Gap and Old Navy (but in the city).

Re: Bathing suits
I bought this one in black from Babystyle last year and I love it! It ties in the back so it adjusts to the size of your belly - big or small! I highly recommend it!

Re: Bathing suits
I saw some really cute ones at Sears yesterday. They had some really cute maternity tops too.

Is the tie the only thing in the back. I saw one similar to that from mimi but I was afraid my 2 year old son would pull open the tie!! I tried the one on in mimi but it didn't fit right - not long enough - barely covered my belly now and I am barely showing.
Sears - hmmm....may try there - thanks!

Re: Bathing suits
I'm just laughing the name of this topic. I am having a hard time seeing myself in any kind of bathing suit this swimsuit season.

I always double knot the ties on my bathing suit so they won't come undone

I hope they do. I was going to call and ask if they have them when I am ready to buy one.
