Ebay Help
I was just wondering if anybody new what to do if you recieved the item you won on ebay and it was broken. I bought a new bathroom set and it came yesterday and it as all in pieces. Do i complain to ebay or have i just lost all the money i spent. The items in the bo weren't wrapped well they ut all the ceramjice stuff in the box and then just stuck bubblewrap on the top of the box.

I would contact the seller and explain it to them, but if you didn't purchase insurance not sure you will be refunded... good luck

Yes, contact the seller. Usually if they're a good seller with lots of positive feedback, they'll reship you the item or refund you (mainly in fear of receiving negative feedback), unless they stated in their auction that they don't do refunds.

If you paid for insurance, you can get reimbursed. If you didn't, then it's entirely up to the seller wether or not they will refund you. I had that happen with a picture once and I didn't get insurance, so I took the blame for it. The seller did not reimburse me either. I did make note of it on his feedback though.
