Pi$$ed about baby furniture!

I got my baby furniture delivered a month ago. There was a dent in the changing table and the sides of the crib didnt' line up with the front of the crib, plus there was a crack in the wood on the front of the crib. I called BBB and they were great and said they would replace the everything. So, they comes yesterday to replace the furniture and it is evern WORSE!!! The sides of the crib still dont line up with the front and now there is a big dent in the front of the crib which is very noticeable. What I thought was a small scratch on the corner of the changing table turns out to be the entire corner must have cracked off and they glued it back on. I know it is not BBB's fault b/c everything comes from the manufacturer in boxes, but this is ridiculous. I called the manufacturer yesterday but they were already closed. I paid almost $1200 for this furniture and I was it perfect. This is such a PIA.
