i saw my ducky yesterday
i couldn't take the anxiety and called my doc to tell her i was really worried and couldn't relax etc.. that i was reading too many bad stories. she squeezed me in yesterday afternoon and all is well. it got so big and was so cute - facing me on the screen and the little stumps were moving as if to wave hello!!! it grew from 10mm 3 weeks ago to 27 mm and i'm measuring 10 weeks today! Next week is my 1st tri ultrascreen. SO relieved - i think i'm going to have a heart attack before October comes around ! Her sono machine doesn't take the heartrate but she said as long as we see it and the baby's growing its fine for now?

Yay! So glad everything is going well and lucky you to get to see the baby again!
Relax! Everything will be fine! I know how you feel though...the wait from the 12 week sono to the 20 week is KILLING ME! I just had my 16 week visit and heard the heart beat but i am dying to see the baby!!!!!

what a cute story! you couldn't wait another week? doesn't really matter...you have reassurance and that means more than anything!

thanks - i wasn't kidding when i warned you girls that i'm a crazy worrier. Its a story for my baby journal - mommy left work early, schlepped uptown just to check on you, walked about 25 city blocks in the rain and has to work through lunch hours to make up the time but so worth it.
