My old co-op is for sale!
It was MINT when I sold it 22 months ago and now it looks really horrible!
I wish I didn't keep looking at MLSLI because I really didn't need to see those pictures.
And the real insult, he's looking for 25K more than he bought it from me for
Just to show you... This is the bathroom when I sold it, and now on the listing.

We were shocked when we found DH's parent's first house on MLSLI a year and a half ago. They sold in 1982 or so... well, the kitchen was EXACTLY the same and the same formica laquered built-ins (Hello, Miami Vice ) that were so "in" back then were still in the MB. Oh, also that awful rippled aluminum siding. The owners did nothing at all.
Try not to look. It was a beautiful place when you had it

Photos in the bathroom and on the toilet no less? What a wacky place to put them! Don't think I've every seen that.
It looks too crowded, cluttered, and they have some very poor color choices. It still looks like it could be a cute place, beneath all of that.
