Need help with my floor

There is something definately wrong with my floor. It makes a VERY LOUD noise when you walk down the hall or in my baby's room. It often wakes her up at night!! I don't know if there is something broken underneath or what, but I need somebody to come and look at it and fix it.

Can somebody please recommend a good person who is not going to charge me an arm and a leg?

I read something about sprinkling baby powder in between the wood boards. It is supposed to stop creaks in floors. Not sure if this is your problem.
