Re: Repost from other Board
I completely gutted and redid two kitchens in two different houses in less than a year and lived to tell about it My FIL is in the biz.
Try to set up a mini-kitchen in another room with a small microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, coffeemaker, etc. You may not have all of these things but you might be able to borrow one or two from family or friends. Next week, when it gets a bit warmer you could BBQ a few times.
We were lucky, our first only took a week and it was over the holidays so that took care of a lot of meals. Our second, we were not in the house yet.
Good luck
ETA: Make sure you take lots of before, during and after pics

Thanks. Yes, I will attach some pics tonight. We only have a charcoal bbq now (going to get the Weber after kitchen is done) so we need to get some charcoals. Can't wait for that -yummy!
