Re: RETAIL workers???

it can range totally from what businees you go to if its a walmart 7.50 and up depending on dept. homedepot is the highest paying like 9.00 and up it really depends target is between the 2 if you go to a mall and work at like a macys Id ask for def. nothing less then 10 this is all if you don have experience if you have experience hike it up a few dollars but sale assoc. dont make too much starting. hope that helps fm with any other questions i worked in retail for 5 yrs before i had my son I was an ast manager at walmart.

Re: RETAIL workers???

I worked at Sephora and left making $18 an hour, no commission. ( i was a keyholder). But i started there at $14 as a salesperson. I worked at Burberry, making something like $19 an hour plus commission.

Re: RETAIL workers???

It completely depends on the company. My sister has worked in retail for years & her salary has ranged from $8/hr with no commission to $19.50 hr with commision.....

A lot of fun working there, I was there for 3 1/2 years. Lots of great discounts and free makeup from vendors.

Re: RETAIL workers???

I was making $8 for a part-time job at Bath & Body Works. It was just for some extra cash....and I completely loved the discount. BBW, Limited, & Victoria's. Chat Icon
