website with calculator
IS there a web site that any of you grils know of that you can putin what you have eaten for the day and it will calculate your calorie intake?

I have used sparkpeople.com. It has a list of almost every food item at the supermarket.

Calorieking.com - I am pretty sure they have a calorie counter and one for diabetics too I think.

Babyfit.com allows you to enter everything you eat, then it breaks out how much calories, fiber, protien, iron, etc you are getting (it's from the same people as sparkpeople.com)
ETA: It asks you questions so it has a PLAN for your specific needs ...
