Only got...
.. four hours of sleep last night and I am so tired. I want to drink a little coffee but i really havent this whole pregnancy.

Being pg and running after an active 9.5 month old leaves me exhausted,especially in am.
If i don't have my cup of tea in the am, i am shot for the day.
A small cup of coffee won't hurt if you are comfy

I drink tea every morning and sometimes coffee. I think one cup would be fine. I wouldn't overdue it since you haven't had much - YOU may end up with a headache
