I feel like a meanie.
I am going to Bloomie's today with my mom and my sister, and they are supposed to meet me at my apartment in Holbrook. My sister lives 25 minutes east of here in Yaphank. Fine. Well, my sister rescues dogs and transports them to foster families, and last night they rescued a dog that has since TORN her house apart. She is home alone and wants to take a shower, but can't because as soon as she takes her eye off this dog, it DESTROYS something else. And she lives in a condo so has no yard to let the dog out into. Anyway, she wanted me to drive to her house, 25 minutes east of here, to watch the dog so she could take a shower, then I'd have to drive all the way back here before we go to Bloomie's. My issue is that I ahve an SUV that cost me over 50 bucks to fill yesterday, and with JT and I trying to save, we agreed on not driving my car frivolously. So now I feel like a bad sister and a cheapskate that I won't drive to her house. 
ETA: reading my post to myself, I realized I was complaining about gas money when I am headed to Bloomie's, so that must sound bad, but I am not personally doing any shopping! haha. Just thought I'd clarify that!

you are not a meanie - i complety understand. she choose to take the dog in and its her responsibility until she takes it to a pound/shelter. 25 minutes is a long drive for nothing, you know?

Aw. Is there anyone closer who she can ask? Too bad she doesn't have a crate for him.

The dog won't go in a crate! She is NUTS with these dogs. She transported this dog to a house upstate on Wednesday, then yesterday had to go BACK upstate to get the dog because they didn't want it anymore!
My mom is heading to her house in a little while, so I don't see how she can't wait until then. Also, she is dropping the dog at a dog-sitter's, so I told her to do that then take a shower here, but her problem is that she needs to walk HER OWN DOG, and can't let the two near each other, so she needs someone to watch the demon dog while she walks her own dog.
