Re: Anyone have Gastroparesis

Are you on Reglan?

I know you have said you are on Zofran but Reglan is specifically for Gastroparesis.

My Doc is trying to get me approved for the Reglan pump since I lost weight (even on Zofran). His only concern is dosage-the dosage I will need will most likely have side effects since its not just to help with hyperemesis...he says it will make me feel loopy...next step would be some sort of tube and dont think I can handle that.

Re: Anyone have Gastroparesis

why not ask for an RX of reglan pills right now to at least help you? Since it helps with both issues at once?

I was given reglan and Zofran at their highest doses , its ok to take together. Chat Icon

I had the pills before pregnancy and would get dizzy and this weird disoriented feeling so my doc had to stop it. (stragely the GI didnt try the reglan pump) The next med I was put on unfortunately is not safe for me to take during pregnancy so once I got that BFP I was pulled off all meds including my water pills, Zelnorm and reglan in pill form. I was on it in liquid but hyperemesis was not letting enough stay down.

Maybe I can have the reglan pump and do the Zofran ODT!!!!
