My dad lives in Dutchess. Is Stormville near Fishkill? Dutchess is definitely more rural than LI--I went to high school there for a while and all the guys took off the first day of hunting season. Right now they have a few feet of snow I heard. It's probably off of Taconic Parkway, which as a major road is awful.
